In addition to heating water with a built-in "dry" tubular electric heater powered by the household power supply, the water heater can be operated in combination with a heating system during the heating season or with solar thermal systems, for example, with available flat solar collectors in the summer.

The surface area of the built-in tubular spiral heat exchanger, through which the heated coolant is passed, is 0.41 m2 and this is enough to transfer an impressive thermal power of 7-9 kW. At a heating circuit temperature of 80 °C and a flow rate of 720 L/h, the full volume of the Drazice OKC 80 water heater is heated from 10 to 60 °C in about 32 minutes. When operating a “dry” tubular electric heater with a power of 2000 W, this process takes much longer and the same 60 °C is reached in about 150 minutes. The inner surface of the steel tank is coated with a special heat-resistant enamel and additionally protected from corrosion by an enlarged magnesium anode. The design of the water heater provides a service hatch that allows you to perform internal work to remove scale, sediment and water stone. There is high-quality polyurethane foam insulation (up to 42 mm).
