An indispensable item in the home during any period, both in winter during heating and in summer when the air conditioner is on. The first impression upon unboxing is, "This much money for a bucket with water and a fan?!" But after 24 hours of continuous operation, you understand what you're paying for. I had an air purifier before, but when it came time to replace the filters, it ended up gathering dust in the closet. The advantage of this one is simple: just add water and start purifying/humidifying. The huge benefit is that you don't need to spend on consumables. The only requirement is to rinse the tray every two weeks, as a layer of dust that the washer has collected forms on the bottom, and it's recommended to dismantle the drum with disks once a month to individually clean each disk with a brush from any scale and dirt buildup. It's worth noting that the main cost of the washer lies in the technology of the disks themselves. They need to be handled with care since they feel very fragile to the touch (haven't dismantled yet). I separately purchased a mechanical hygrometer, as built-in electronic hygrometers in some models can have an error of up to 10-15%. I calibrated it, and now I know the exact humidity level in the room. Mechanics are mechanics. Generally, the washer runs in night mode at low fan speeds, but when the humidity drops below 50%, I switch to the main mode, and it maintains normal humidity around 55%. With this method of moistening, the sink a priori will not be able to squeeze out more than 60% of moisture, so do not be afraid, the wallpaper will not fall off and there will be no white coating on the furniture. Dust in the air has become many times less (cleaning in the room is regular), earlier dust particles were visible in the sun. In terms of the volume of work - in the night mode it is generally silent, at the maximum it is audible, but not critical, you can sleep.
