Unlike budget models with wide cylindrical tanks, the Electrolux EWH 80 Maximus Wi-Fi storage water heater uses a flat tank design, which gives a shallower body depth, convenient for installation in rooms with limited free space.

The internal tank of the device is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet steel, protected from corrosion by heat-resistant multilayer enamel and a magnesium anode. The Bacteria Stop System automatic antibacterial water treatment technology is supported, which monthly warms up the water in the tank to 70 °C, creating conditions under which pathogenic microorganisms die. Thanks to two heating elements, 3-stage power control is provided: 700, 1300 and 2000 W. At maximum power, heating the entire volume from 15 to 55 °C takes less than 2 hours.
