Model overview based on user reviews
The Electrolux EWH Maximus boiler has received mixed reviews from users. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the product, citing issues such as non-functional Wi-Fi and thermostat problems, leading to water being excessively hot regardless of the set temperature. Additionally, users have reported poor service experiences, with difficulties in getting timely assistance and concerns about potential costs if the appliance is deemed functional. Another user, with over two years of experience, highlighted manufacturing flaws like crooked leads and a poorly cut bottom cover, as well as frequent replacements of the heating element and a leaking tank, all without warranty support. These issues have led to significant frustration and disappointment, overshadowing the brand's reputation.
Cons

Electrolux in Ukrainian(((
6 January 2022
I really love the brand Electrolux and have a lot of their appliances. Yesterday we installed a new boiler (the previous one was also Electrolux). The Wi-Fi doesn't work. I have serious doubts about the thermostat working properly (at any set temperature, it's boiling hot). The store sends me to the service center. The service center will pass the request to a technician who will call me and come on a working day during working hours (when will they call? when will they come?), and at the same time, they gave me a lecture that if it turns out the appliance is working fine, I will have to pay. Meanwhile, I should have a receipt (thankfully, I have one) and a warranty card with the store stamp. I check the card - it has a stamp "home appliance online store"... I call the store "Your Climate" - they hang up the phone. On the Electrolux website, there's a slogan "Your peace of mind is included in the cost." And we have - Electrolux Ukrainian style...((( Instead of a new appliance - a bunch of problems, nerves, time, and possibly money.

Wi-Fi doesn't work. The thermostat doesn't work. The service is terrible, if there will be any at all.

Electrolux no longer exists for me!
23 December 2020
I’ve been using it for more than 2 years, the leads are crooked, the bottom cover was cut with scissors at the factory (apparently it didn’t fit), the fastening bar is crooked, during this time I changed the heating element 4 times, the tank leaked, there is no guarantee! Don't buy this CRAP!
