The flow of gas is regulated mechanically using rotary knobs, and its ignition occurs automatically thanks to the auto-ignition function.

To meet modern standards, the Electrolux GPE 363 MX hob is equipped with a fuel supply interrupter for the implementation of the gas control system. The gas distribution mechanism is closed from above with a cover stamped from a stainless steel sheet, which is easily cleaned from drips and splashes with special detergents. As a support for frying pans and pots, a massive cast-iron grate is used, which is not deformable even when it is very hot. The tile is made in a classic style and looks good in most modern interiors.
