Wireless control of the hood from the hob

Vertical wall-mounted hood with inclined dome Electrolux LFV 616 W is part of the advanced collection 700 (comfort), consisting of models with advanced features and electronic control. The appliance stands out for its elegant Italian design, and the key advantage of the model is the built-in Hob2Hood system for automatic wireless control of the hood from the hob. The "smart" electronics of the hob independently turn on the fan via Wi-Fi, regulate the air flow and the lighting of the working area, focus on the cooking process. The power of the hood is adjusted when the burners are turned on / off, as well as when the heating intensity changes.

The air outlet box and the front panel glass are painted white. And for a change, the manufacturer offers 2 additional colour solutions with metal surfaces painted in black and silver.

Silent ventilation mode Breeze

The electronic "brain" of the hood received a touch control panel with an indicator light for operating functions. There are 8 buttons here, the main ones are responsible for turning on the electric motor, starting the motor at a given speed (3 speeds, capacity 305 – 575 m³ / h), activating the intensive speed mode and quiet ventilation functions. Intensive mode with a capacity of 700 m³/h is programmed for a short cycle time of 8 min. After this time, the hood automatically returns to the operating mode at the previously selected speed. The Breeze ventilation mode (60 min cycle), which is recommended to be turned on immediately after cooking, provides the quietest and most effective air freshening in the kitchen. Another useful option of the device is the indication of filter replacement / cleaning, which signals this by flashing the corresponding symbol for 30 seconds. And when the hood interacts with the hob, the Hob2Hood indicator will light up.

Made in Italy

The working area above the stove is illuminated by 2 LED lamps. The model is completed with a full set of filters for work in the mode of removal and recirculation. The washable aluminium mesh grease filter requires periodic cleaning, and the carbon filter should be replaced with a new one after 160 hours of operation or every 4 months. The manufacturer did not save on the thickness of the metal of the case and the box, as evidenced by the solid weight of the hood of 18.2 kg. This model is manufactured at the company's production facilities in Italy and meets all EU regulations for quality and ecology.
