Trinity Shape
The robot vacuum cleaner stands out from most competitors due to its appearance. It has no more traditional round shape, but a triangular one - Electrolux called this design Trinity Shape. It was developed not so that the model simply differed from competitors, but for more efficient operation. So, the robot is quite maneuverable, nimble, drives under low furniture and, most importantly, carefully removes debris in the corners and along the baseboards. It reaches hard-to-reach places where round vacuum cleaners cannot reach, and thanks to the extended brush, it can pick up more debris.
3D vision
The manufacturer calls the 3D vision navigation system another feature of the model. This is, so to speak, the digital vision of the device: a camera and a laser scanning system carefully analyze the situation in the room, draw up a detailed map and determine the location of furniture and other obstacles. As a result, the robot does not drive randomly, does not crash into everything that comes in its way, but carefully thinks out its route and goes around various objects on the floor.
A branded mobile application is responsible for management, where you can remotely start the operation of the device, view a map of the house and make a cleaning schedule. True, it does not work perfectly: many users complain about rather complicated settings when they first connect and a small number of functions. For example, you will not be able to install a virtual wall and limit the cleaning area - for this, the manufacturer advises to close the doors or put up some kind of barrier, but this is not very convenient.
Five stars for cleanliness
With its main task - cleaning dry debris - the vacuum cleaner copes with "excellent". It easily overcomes thresholds (up to approximately 2 cm high), "jumps" on carpets and quickly sucks up crumbs, sand, fine dust, hair and animal hair. The problem can only arise with carpets with long pile, but with them most robots and even ordinary household vacuum cleaners are not effective enough. Garbage is collected in a capacious dust collector, designed for 700 ml - thanks to this volume, the tank does not have to be cleaned often. Special attention deserves a powerful filtration system that retains 99.9% of the smallest particles of dust and allergens and lets out purified air, and the stain cleaning function (local cleaning mode): when it is turned on, the vacuum cleaner will clean the selected area twice. In addition, there are two more modes to choose from - normal and turbo.
In terms of autonomy, the model does not break records: one charge is enough for approximately 70 minutes of operation. At the same time, a special indicator on the case will inform you about the charge level, the discharged robot will return to the base on its own and continue cleaning from the same place, and charging itself will not last long - only 1.5 hours.
All in all, Electrolux Pure i9.2 PI92 4ANM is a fairly advanced device with an original design, many useful features and quality work. But he has some nuances that could be overlooked if not for the rather high price tag.
