The stated characteristics do not correspond to durability

Bought 12-1/40 v2. This model does not fully meet the stated specifications. Connected a load of 4kW, which is approximately 5kVA, and the device shuts down due to overcurrent because the current is too high—it shows 38-40A. Even though the input circuit breaker is 32A and there is a 25A breaker after it, everything stays quiet. So this model is somewhere at a maximum of 4-4.5kVA and 20A, not more than the claimed 8.8kVA and 40A.
After measuring the current, we determined that when it shows 40A, it's actually somewhere around 22-23A.
The model is terrible!

power keys are very weak. me them more than once.
The Ampere 12-1/40A voltage stabilizer has no merit other than its price.
during the year of operation it broke down 3 times.
