The Elenberg MC 5512 pressure cooker has an impressive 1000W of power for fast heating and cooking. The useful volume of the bowl is 5 liters, which makes it possible to prepare a sufficient number of servings for 4-5 people at once. The manufacturer provides a set of 10 automatic programs: porridge / soup, pilaf, rice / buckwheat, milk porridge, beans, stewing, frying / deep-frying, baking, etc.

All programs have pre-programmed cooking scenarios (including optimal temperature and time), but they are not static and, if necessary, the user can make their own adjustments to them. The package includes a measuring cup, a special bowl for steaming and a spoon. The body is made of stainless steel. There is a delayed start function that allows you to programme the preparation of dishes at a specific time.

Also, the device can automatically keep the dish warm until it is served on the table; however, the last function can be turned off immediately or after a certain amount of time — a special auto-off timer is provided for this, which will be needed to save some dishes. The inner coating of the bowl is Teflon, which guarantees a good non-stick coating.
