Universal Welding Machine for MMA, MIG/MAG, and TIG

The EnerSol EWM-160AMD welding machine is built on IGBT inverter technology using bipolar transistors and is complemented by microprocessor control. This makes the model easy to adjust, does not cause operational difficulties, and is suitable even for users without extensive experience. Auxiliary functions assist in achieving neat and even welds. "Hot start" simplifies the ignition of the electrode, including consumables of not the highest quality. "Arc Force" and "Anti-Stick" automatically increase or decrease the current, preventing the electrode from sticking to the workpiece. The microprocessor also implements the VRD function, which reduces idle voltage to a safe level, thermal protection, and input voltage stabilization. The machine maintains stable operation even when the network voltage drops to 160 V.

Simple and Convenient Adjustment for Any Task

An understandable interface and convenient controls allow you to quickly prepare the equipment for welding: set the voltage, select the required current strength, and adjust the wire feed speed to the torch. In manual arc welding mode, the current is adjustable from 20 to 160 A. This allows the use of electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 5 mm, work with thin metal starting from 1.5 mm in thickness, and weld workpieces up to approximately 10 mm in thickness. In semi-automatic mode, the machine supports both standard and flux-cored wire with a diameter of 0.8 to 1 mm. Welding can be performed both in a protective gas environment and without it. The model is also suitable for argon-arc work; however, the necessary TIG valve torch is not included in the package.
