A model from the Ukrainian brand Ergo, combining basic functionality with a focus on safety through a double-layered body construction. The plastic material of both layers with an air gap between them ensures the exterior remains safe to touch even when boiling, while keeping the device lightweight at only 1.15 kg, which makes it convenient for everyday use. The tank volume is 1.7 liters, enough for several servings of hot drinks in one cycle, and a power of 1800 watts represents an intermediate value between budget models at 1500 watts and more powerful ones at 2200 watts — providing quick heating without creating peak loads on the electrical network. The Ergo CT 8070 electric kettle's lid opens with a button press, simplifying the process of filling with water and making it safer compared to manual flip mechanisms, which require reaching over the body.

The hidden heating element eases cleaning of the inner surface from scale deposits and ensures even heat distribution across the tank's bottom.
