Warm floor mode

The Russian electric single-circuit heating boiler Evan Warmos-IV-6 is the best low-cost solution for heating residential premises up to 48 m², although the manufacturer claims that it will master space heating up to 60 m2. This is an inexpensive compact model with dimensions of 590x305x160 mm and a dead weight of only 13.5 kg, which is designed to operate only from a single-phase power supply with a voltage of 230 V. The device is great for working with a heat pump, gas or solid fuel boiler. In addition, when a mixing valve is installed, it can be directly connected to control heating in underfloor heating systems, as well as to prepare hot water in an indirect heating boiler. The built-in stabilizer ensures stable operation of the device when the mains voltage drops from 180 V to 260 V, and the additional connection of Evan-Climate room temperature control devices allows you to implement the climate control function based on the air temperature in the room. It is also possible to operate the boiler at sub-zero temperatures if an antifreeze liquid is used as a heat carrier instead of water.

Wide heating temperature range

Three tubular electric heaters made of stainless steel Backer (Czech Republic) with a total capacity of 6 kW are capable of operating in a 3-stage mode of 2/4/6 kW. At the same time, both automatic selection of the number of power steps is available thanks to the electronic temperature control system with a temperature sensor, as well as manual limitation of the heat carrier heating power. Alternating the inclusion of heating elements, power relays and starters extends the life of each element of the electrical installation. It is worth noting a wide range of heating temperature control ranging from 5 °C to 85 °C in steps of 1 °C. The boiler safety system includes current protection, short circuit protection and overheating protection (self-resetting thermal switch set to the heating medium temperature threshold of 92±3 °C).

Without centrifugal pump

The model is equipped with a control unit with a digital display, LED indicators, a membrane keyboard and a cable. The display shows the set (flashing light) and actual (constant) temperature of the heat carrier, as well as the number of selected heating stages. The self-diagnosis system allows you to detect errors in the operation of the device and issue service trouble codes. The disadvantage of the device is the absence of a centrifugal pump in the configuration, which should be purchased additionally to use the boiler as the only source of heating in the house.
