It turned out that the warranty is fake. There are no service centers in the country. If a warranty case arises, the affected party must pay for the manufacturer to come to you (as decided by the manufacturer). Here's what happened to me. After 3 days, the key broke in the lock (photo). Cause: poor metal quality of the key. I asked the manufacturer to replace the lock (since the second key could also break) and agreed to pay for the delivery of a new lock. They sent it to me but charged the full amount. We agreed on one thing, they did another. After learning the cost of the sent package and contacting the seller, I found out that it's not a warranty case (my own fault - why did I insert the key into the lock). price Low quality, lack of service, dishonest enterprise. |
