Powerful three-phase
FIAC AB 100-360 is a really serious unit for small workshops and service stations. Two cylinders pressurize 10 bar in 4 minutes 7 seconds and this is taking into account a large receiver of 100 liters. And with a capacity of 360 L/min, you won't run out of compressed air even when working with multiple pneumatic tools, such as tyre inflation guns or spray guns. To ensure this performance, the model is equipped with a powerful 2.2 kW three-phase motor. Please note that it can only operate from a 400 V network, so for owners of single-phase networks, it is worth looking for another model.
Compressor grounding
The FIAC AB 100-360 compressor is equipped with quick-release connectors that allow you to connect pneumatic tools in a minimum of time. On the body of the unit there is a bolt with a washer for connecting standard grounding (marked with the corresponding icon), which can be installed in any industrial premises. Nearby is a drain valve for draining condensate, which from time to time accumulates in the receiver. The piston system and engine have an “open” design without a protective casing, which can cause dust to settle on them during operation.
Excellent lubrication of parts
Long-term operation of the cylinders is ensured by lubrication in the form of oil. Thanks to the viewing window, you can control its level and refuel if necessary. Cylinder cooling is provided by a cast-iron body with thick fins. Thanks to the belt drive, the speed of the compressor head pulley is significantly reduced, which increases its life and reduces the vibration of the unit. Three wheels are responsible for transportation (the front has a swivel system). However, the compressor itself weighs 75 kg, which creates a problem when climbing floors or carrying to another room.
