I bought it as an addition to the HY300 projector because the speaker there is very weak. And this speaker changed that. I also use it as a soundbar for my PC. The sound is decent. The material is soft touch, but fingerprints do remain. It lacks some kind of charge indicator, as there have been times when you want to watch a movie, and suddenly you get a sound notification that the battery is dead.
