The synchronous alternator installed on the Forte FG 3800 generator generates alternating current (230 V, 50 Hz). The built-in voltage regulator (AVR) provides automatic adjustment of current parameters for stable operation of consumers connected to the power plant. The distribution of electricity to appliances and household appliances is carried out through two sockets with automatic 16 A. It is also possible to charge car batteries from the generator or power low-voltage devices using DC (12 V) terminals. |

I bought this generator as they say "for the home, for the family". We live in a village, and we've never really had stable electricity supply. Due to the overhead power line, part of which still stands on wooden (!!!) poles, complex windy, snowy, or stormy weather leads to a complete blackout. And then, especially in the evenings, houses divide into two categories: those powered by similar generators and those where people try to manage with batteries. The only advantage of battery backup systems is the low electricity cost. Everything else is more of a drawback. So, I bought such a simple and inexpensive gasoline generator. Has power suitable for the house. In fact, you can live a normal life, you should not just use an iron (2.2 kW for one person), an electric kettle (2.3 kW) and additional electric heaters. As for the TV, lighting, laptop, PC, router, simple kitchen and household appliances in general, everything works, you can not save on such consumers. Even a washing machine can fully work out its cycle, the generator can withstand it. It starts up quickly, even in winter there were no special problems with this. The heating boiler refused to work from his electricity. Tellingly, the voltage stabilizer, made according to the relay circuit, refuses to understand it. So I had to buy a small battery-powered uninterruptible power supply separately, otherwise it can be cold and dreary in winter without heating. This generator eats 92nd gasoline and the cost of energy, which is produced many times more than usual. |
