As for the oven itself, I can only speak about its exterior features; it is very beautiful and stylish. It was installed and connected without any problems.
We turned it on to preheat for the first time (according to the instructions set the temperature to 250 degrees and preheat for 30 minutes), I set the temperature to 170, and in just 10 minutes there was a loud pop, the inner glass shattered into small pieces all over the oven, one of the internal mounts flew off. SHOCK!
I have already contacted the warranty service twice, they registered my request, promised to review it within 2 working days and send a technician. I contacted the store, they said they can see my request and measures will be taken…
Today it's already been 14 days since I am waiting for a technician.
I sincerely hope the issue will be resolved. I will update my feedback based on the results.
