For enthusiasts there are more expensive solutions, but for mere mortals there are such simple-looking but convenient cases. I recommend. I liked the design - it looks very stylish for a reasonable price, without being flashy. There are no flashy plastic guards in the style of Transformers or protruding horns, handles, and other frills - for me, this is a sign of comfort and style. I have no complaints about the quality of the material, there is a metal frame inside to which components can be easily attached, and all the necessary openings for a standard build were found. The placement of the control buttons and three USB ports (1x3.0, 2x2.0) on the top might be convenient for those whose computer case usually stands under or next to the table, but it would be disadvantageous if the case is often tucked into a niche. Although practicality might be in question - will the ports get clogged with dust due to the vertical position (I’ve noticed no inconveniences in a month of use, and if anything arises, there's the trusty dust brush). All ports are functional, and the USB 3.0 is as promised. I’ve attached a couple of photos of the case for clarity. Inside, the lower part of the case is covered with a horizontal plate with cable holes, which positively affects the design - the transparent side panel doesn’t reveal a mess of PSU wires, they are all hidden. Admittedly, assembling it required some puzzle-solving because, “well, if it's advertised as hidden wiring - then it has to be somehow hidden!” - There is no way to remove the front fans; they are secured with rivets. If you manage to remove them, it will be a complete replacement because you would need to be quite aggressive. - The transparent part of the lid is made of plastic and can easily get scratched and fingerprint-covered, but... if you don't have a cat that considers your computer the perfect scratching post, you don't travel around the country with your computer on your back, and you don't touch your system unit every half hour, you won't notice this drawback at all (just like me). - Subjectively: the placement of buttons and ports on the top panel of the case can be inconvenient in some instances—when purchasing, make sure to think about WHERE your system unit will be placed. |
