Reviews for this coffee machine, as I see it, mostly consist of users who don't really understand what espresso is and how difficult it is to make. And then they write that they don't like this or that. In short - the machine is out of this world. But it requires a lot of patience and experience. If you haven't used even a cheap portafilter from the store for at least a couple of years before, then don't even think about buying it. Otherwise, you'll be writing negative reviews too. The main reason I bought it is the design. Yes, it's a strange thing to say. But I wanted this machine purely for its appearance. And it's a real espresso portafilter. Everything here is... Bought NEW CLASSIC 2019 model. Buy Lelit, it will cost exactly the same because Gaggia Classic will have to be modified by hand. Brews coffee perfectly. The ideal machine for hand-made. A Moscovite among coffee makers. Works just fine. Does not froth milk. Complaints can be found. Initially, there is pressure, then (the boiler is small) it quickly drops, and then just psssss - your coffee with milk is ready. Bellissimo! (not) Volume, twist, turn, different angle, closer to the center, further away, there is twisting - does not help to fix the situation. Bought this machine? Forget about the warranty, it needs finishing touches. Be prepared to invest another 5000-10000 to refine it, or better yet, buy a Lelit. Dmitry Chadov: use Gaggia Classic less than month |
It froths milk well. Does not switch to coffee making after frothing milk. Water is constantly flowing from the cappuccino maker... use Gaggia Classic month or more i recommend it don't buy |
