Compact mechanical aneroid sphygmomanometer for accurate blood pressure measurement using the Korotkoff method. The device comes in a protective case sized 100x195x70 mm, providing convenient storage for all components — the gauge, cuff, rubber bulb with control valve, and connecting tubes — in a compact form for home use or transportation to a medical facility. The device operates on the traditional auscultatory principle with manual inflation of the cuff and listening to pulsations with a stethoscope during slow deflation, which requires basic auscultation skills from the user.

The cuff is designed to fit an upper arm circumference of 25.4 to 36 cm — this range is shifted towards larger sizes compared to standard models and will suit individuals of average and sturdy builds, but may be too large for particularly slender users. The Gamma 800K sphygmomanometer measures systolic and diastolic pressure in a wide range from 0 to 300 mm Hg, displaying readings on an analog gauge.
