The significant diameter of the five plastic loading trays (325 mm) makes it possible to achieve the simultaneous loading of more products. The trays are made of durable and high-quality food-grade plastic, and their perforation allows you to work even with small berries.

The Gemlux GL-FD-01R fruit dryer is aimed at demanding users who need complete control over the process to obtain the highest quality result.

Thanks to the electronic control system with thermostat and LED display, you can adjust the temperature of the blown air drying (from 40 to 70 °C in steps of 5 °C), and the integrated timer will automatically turn off the device after a pre-set period of time (from 1 to 48 hours in steps of 10 min). The translucent walls of the loading trays allow you to control the process visually, which helps to avoid overdrying.
