The tire is perfect for a Ukrainian winter, and if you add studs, you can easily roam the Carpathians in winter as I did, and there won't be any problems climbing up hills.

chic winter tires, I've been driving my Skoda with them for 1 season already, last year I made it through unreal snowdrifts, and in loose and sticky snow, they're just amazing, they grip like a charm, the tires are stud-ready, not everyone studs them, but I'm one of those who did and I feel like the king of ice, you can climb any icy hill with them and come down without any problems at all, the car won't skid. I won't deny the studs make a little noise, but only if you're driving on dry asphalt, on the snow there's no noise at all, and these tires are more than soft enough.

not a well-known brand everywhere, you can't buy it everywhere, or rather it's unavailable. Fairly soft sidewalls can have bulges or cuts; at the moment nothing like that has come up, but judging by my driving, it will happen soon. The tread is quite high and on dry asphalt, the braking distance is a bit long, and if you lean into turns, the car will slide a little.
