Line Gigawatt Standard

Gigawatt batteries are manufactured at Johnson Controls plants under license from Bosch. The Standard family of the brand includes passenger and truck starter 12-volt batteries with liquid lead-acid electrolyte SLA. All of them have a sealed maintenance-free design and are tailored for use in cars with a moderate amount of on-board electrical equipment. The models of the series are presented in a huge variety of modifications by capacity - from a modest 35 Ah to an impressive 180 Ah.

Gigawatt Standard have European form factor cases with standard conical terminals (Euro). The models of the detachment are characterized by high starting currents, low self-discharge rates, reliable and trouble-free operation in general. The plates inside the battery are protected from vibrations and mechanical impacts. According to the location of the terminals, there are modifications with right and left positive polarity - preference should be given to a specific version based on the needs of the car owner and the design features of the vehicle.

For its price (4987 rubles), the best choice.

Great G62R battery for its price, but not through the e-catalog. I bought it 2 years ago for 4200. Now the price of this battery is 4987 on the official website. Still works perfectly. Once every six months, I bring it home, wipe it completely with a special solution against oxide and dirt. I charge it fully with a "charger" for preventive maintenance.
Holds the charge for a long time. After 2 weeks of inactivity in cold weather at -10, -20 degrees, you can start the car without problems. In warmer weather, it can start even after 3 weeks. If the car is idle for longer, the battery will need recharging, as the alarm system gradually drains it. It has been working reliably for over 2 years without any issues. Starts the car like new to this day.
