In terms of reliability, 3+, a little over a year later, there was an issue with the gear on one of the shafts; it's plastic and got deformed over time. The shaft stopped rotating and only one part was replaced. I repaired it myself because the warranty is only one year. To access this gear, I had to disassemble the entire unit from top to bottom (since it's the only way to access the shaft).
