This stove is very ugly. We tried to return it but it didn't work. online store in another city. won't take the slab back. There's a strong smell of burnt lacquer coming from the stove! When you call the service center and ask if they have spare parts, they don't answer the questions and start asking so many of their own that you have to endure telling each of them what happened. As soon as they find out that the control board is broken and you’re not just calling for the fun of it, they turn cold and have even hung up a few times! Conclusion: Do not buy this company or this model in particular. The company and all their services are unofficial. They won't provide service even under warranty. No one issues any reports. Exchange is not possible by law. The model, like the brand, is just terrible. The main control board has failed, according to the technician. He kept saying that the board is the most vulnerable part after the glass itself. However, our glass is practically new, and the technician immediately told us that we can't get the board, but we can sell the glass to him for 2 thousand! A surface with four induction-type burners. We don’t have an oven, just a stovetop, and I do most of my cooking on it, so I was very meticulous in choosing it. It’s a very functional model, with a timer and dish recognition, as well as an automatic shut-off feature, which is very convenient, plus a few other options. It has touch controls, which aren't too hard to get used to; I initially referred to the manual, but now I’m accustomed to it, and it's quite convenient. The control panel can be locked, for example, from children; I lock it when I’m cleaning, so I can wipe it down without worrying about accidentally touching and turning on a burner. We were gifted a whole set of special cookware for it, which is convenient for cooking and easy to wash. It heats up very quickly, faster than my old gas stove, and brings water to a boil slightly faster as well. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase; it works well, is made with good quality, and is relatively easy to clean.
