Boiler system
The main internal components of the Grand Master brand appliance are the heating element and the boiler steam generation system. So, from a 2.3-liter tank, water is supplied to a metal boiler (300 mL capacity), where it is heated and converted into a vapor state.
Already 45 seconds after switching on, steam can be supplied at a pressure of 3.5 bar (with a steam boost of 4.5 bar) and at a speed of up to 70 g/min. This is enough to straighten, disinfect and refresh various textiles, including furniture upholstery. Refueling will not be required within an hour, and at home, usually, more is not needed.
Vertical steaming and ironing
For vertical steaming, the Grand Master GM-Q5 Multi R Elite received a telescopic stand (height from 83 to 156 cm) and a steam iron. Under the steel sole of the latter, there is another 350 W heater that prevents the appearance of condensate (Anti-drop system). The power of steam supply is smoothly regulated by a rotary switch on the body of the device. Plus, various useful accessories are included in the kit, ranging from a hanger with a bottom clip, to additional brushes, an accessory for steaming cuffs and collars, a Teflon mitt, etc.
The device is completed with a professional iron with a steam supply function. It is equipped with a metal sole, a cork handle and the usual temperature adjustment washer. For its comfortable operation, a rubber stand and a nozzle for ironing delicate fabrics are also offered.
Steam cleaning
Another feature of the model is a set of nozzles for steam cleaning, which turns the Grand Master GM-Q5 Multi R Elite into a full-fledged household steam cleaner. This includes floor brush, steam gun, point nozzle, glass scraper, etc. With their help, it is possible to remove dirt without the use of detergents from different surfaces, whether it be floor coverings, tiles or windows.
The shortcomings of the model include a non-removable water tank, but for the convenience of the bay, a funnel is included in the package. The range from a single outlet is an acceptable 3.5 metres.
