A productive, relatively compact and reliable storage electric water heater with a high-alloy stainless steel tank with a volume of 80 liters, a powerful “dry” heating element, a traditional electromechanical control system with a capillary thermostat and high-quality polyurethane foam thermal insulation. The manufacturer is positioning it as a mid-price model, focused on serving the hot water needs of a family of 2-3 people.

Especially the designs allow it to be mounted in both vertical and horizontal orientation. The design of the Grunhelm GBH IUM-80DD water heater is protected from splashing water (IPX4) and can be operated normally in conditions of high humidity. The supply of heated water is enough to work at several points of analysis (bathroom, shower and kitchen). Unlike most boilers with a wide cylindrical tank, the body of this model has a shallower body depth (30 cm) and is suitable for installation in rooms with limited free space.

An intuitive rotary knob is provided to regulate the maximum heating temperature (up to a maximum of 75 °C). On its scale there is an ECO position corresponding to a temperature of 55 °C. When operating in this mode, heat losses are reduced and the formation of scale on the heater is significantly reduced, significantly increasing its service life. The corrosion-resistant steel tank is designed for operating pressures up to 6 bar and is protected from corrosion of the welds by a magnesium anode.
