Never buy GT-Racer products! I purchased a chair a few months ago on the official website (!) gtracer.com.ua/. Initially, what arrived wasn't what was shown in the photo. The gas lift handle and the shape of the base were different, I only noticed after assembling it. Functionally, it was identical, so I decided not to return it. The photo was updated later. After 5-8 weeks of completely normal use, the armrest broke. See photo. Even during assembly, I thought this attachment wasn't very reliable as the armrests are attached to a plastic base with screws and metal sockets that are screwed into very low-quality plastic. Note that the website states the maximum weight: 150kg. My weight is approximately 85. Imagine what would happen to the chair if someone over 120 sat on it. I took photos and sent them via email; no response after 2 weeks. I contacted them by phone, sent photos in Viber. Based on the photos, the service concluded that it was not a warranty case. That's all you need to know about this brand, its products, and service. The service is in the worst traditions of swamp invaders and 90s market dealers. They sell junk, and when it breaks due to poor quality, they express surprise and say it's your own fault. Sitka, don't drink a drink. Terrible quality. No warranty in reality.
