Ergonomics - the chair can help solve issues with slouching caused by improper sitting at the computer before. The head support is adjustable as needed, and the backrest height can be adjusted. The extendable leg support can be used as intended. Reliable, durable armrests. The first and biggest downside is the process of assembling the chair/components. You have to assemble the chair by eye, figuring out if you've tightened it evenly, which is nearly impossible. I feel like I need some sort of device to assemble the chair at home properly so nothing gets misaligned. Ultimately, I couldn't attach the components symmetrically after several attempts (the backrest is about 0.5 cm closer to the armrest on one side). The second downside is the lack of backrest tilt adjustment, even a simple system with some kind of threading and nut would have been preferable. I'm quite light yet can still feel the backrest leaning back under my weight; for most others, it will tilt even further back... It is physically impossible to recline the backrest and find a desired body (and head) position. To work with this chair properly, you'd need a monitor bracket (or raise the monitor stand), so it sits higher and angles down as needed. This is because, when sitting in this chair, your gaze is directed upwards (at an angle) rather than straight ahead. I'm certainly glad that I finally bought a fully mesh chair, and its armrests aren't made of faux leather (so they won't fall apart after a couple of years). Most importantly, I've ditched my gaming chair that was shaped like a racing car seat. The chair has decent ergonomics, and if I somehow manage to solve the issue of needing precise manual adjustment (resulting in a crooked backrest) and the monitor height with tilt, I could say that the chair covers all the basic ergonomic and comfort needs of the user. I should add that after sitting on the mesh for a few hours, my backside and the back of my thighs start to hurt, so I need to get up more often. Ideally, the desk should be lower; otherwise, I'd have to come up with a footrest to avoid cutting off circulation in my legs when they're hanging without touching the floor—but that's not entirely the chair's fault :) The pull-out leg support (for a more horizontal placement) is surprisingly comfortable, allowing the legs to relax and slightly improving blood circulation.
