The chair arrived in a box disassembled, but the assembly process is not difficult; all screws, the hex key, and parts are included, nothing was forgotten. Assembly took about half an hour by myself. The headrest and lumbar support are very comfortable and can be adjusted as you like. It's especially great that the covers can be removed from them, as well as from the backrest, for washing. But it's strange that they forgot to make removable covers on the seat, armrests, and footrest. I also liked the fabric quality; it feels like car seat fabric. The height adjustment of the seat and tilt of the backrest works excellently, and the chair's construction is not squeaky and doesn't make unnecessary noises. Now, regarding the drawbacks: I would like the wheels to be tighter because the chair moves too easily, especially if you like sitting with your feet up somewhere. The backrest mount and its height adjustment are simply terrible because it doesn't hold the backrest properly, and I need it to be in the highest position, so the backrest constantly falls to the bottom. I had to "improvise" and drill through the backrest mount, inserting a screw that now holds it in place. I would like the armrests to be wider, but that's a matter of personal preference.
