I am not an experienced user of such devices. At first I bought a BOSCH DWK065G hood and then changed it to Gunter&Hauer Leona 6Q. I changed it, because according to the BOSCH DWK065G passport it is less productive and noisier (my kitchen is 16 sq.m.). If we compare these two hoods, then in terms of noise they are somewhere the same (I measured the noise from the air intake chamber, where the fan motor is with an application on a mobile phone), in terms of performance, too, by feeling the air flow from the duct. Workmanship - the Gunter & Hauer Leona 6Q seemed more reliable, there are no technical holes like the BOSCH DWK065G on the upper horizontal plane of the case from where air and noise come out, the Leona 6Q has a rubber gasket (for a plastic adapter from the hood to the ventilation duct) in the BOSCH DWK065G - no . The BOSCH DWK065G has a plastic fan motor case, while the Gunter&Hauer Leona 6Q has a metal one. After installing the Gunter&Hauer Leona 6Q and connecting it to the ventilation duct (2 bends of 90 degrees, track length 1.2 m, part 150, part 120 plastic round), the noise was measured at a distance of 1 m. from the hood: 1 speed - 54 dB, 2 - 62 dB, 3 - 67 dB. (Gunter&Hauer Leona 6Q has 55db, BOSCH DWK065G -70db) In appearance, Gunter&Hauer Leona 6Q looks more adult (larger camera and decorative glass panel). I won’t say anything about reliability since I bought it less than 1 week. back. BOSCH DWK065G is more expensive than Gunter&Hauer Leona 6Q. Build quality, according to the barcode - Germany, a decent look. I thought it would be quieter and more productive than the BOSCH DWK065G. We have been using the hood for six months; we expected better from the Germans. We have a kitchen of 8 sq.m., but the hood turned out to be completely ineffective, despite the fact that it is very noisy - in the last mode it just howls like a hurricane. Our house is old, so we didn’t rely on the ventilation duct in the house and installed it outside. The second big disadvantage is poor service: we waited for a technician to install it for about three weeks, which is extremely bad - if the hood was found to be defective, we would not be able to return it back. Conclusion: the stated characteristics do not correspond to reality, plus the company claims that the hood is made in Germany, this is a lie. We took a very careful approach to choosing kitchen appliances and spent a long time studying different manufacturers. We trusted Gunther & Hauer and did not regret our choice for a second! With such a set of functions and advantages for this price, in my opinion, you cannot find it anywhere else. The hood is bomb! We go into the kitchen and couldn’t be happier, we’re very pleased. Simply awesome design, looks expensive. Excellent quality: powerful, not noisy, the sensor reacts to the slightest touch, what can I say, the Germans know how to make reliable equipment.
