Let's start from the beginning - it was bought new on Rozetka (25.03.2024), and after installation, the oven didn't work right away (the flame went out). I called the service center, they gave me the number for the specific service center, but at another service center, they gave me the number for the local service center. The local service center refused warranty service because "the installation was not carried out by an authorized service center (meaning them), even though nothing like this is mentioned in the warranty." They literally told me to get lost. They even asked if I could hear myself from the side.
After a month of correspondence with Rozetka's support, the local service center issued a write-off act (they didn't even check the product).
With this act, I returned the product to Rozetka, but to my surprise, they said that the product would go to another service center for repair (15.05.2024).
Now it's 21.06.2024. I received an SMS on 18.06.2024 saying that the product was repaired, but there have been no calls or notifications since.
Conclusion - I have been without the product for three months, for which I paid money, or more precisely, almost 2 months with a defective product and a month(!!) without a stove entirely. No one cares. At my own expense and effort, I brought the product to Rozetka myself.
Moral? Don't buy this junk: the service center doesn't care about your problems after the purchase - because it's already your problem. Rozetka? I am very surprised by this situation and, as a regular customer who has never bought anything on other competitor sites, very angry - this is my last purchase on Rozetka.
