We've been using it for more than 2 years. We haven't been exposed to rain, so I can't tell if it leaks. It's very stuffy inside when it's hot. Comfortable, cozy vestibule for things. Mosquitoes crawl under the outer awning and it is impossible to stay in the vestibule. We regretted that we did not purchase a model with a bottom in the vestibule. |
