High Peak Kiruna 3

The three-person trekking tent of the High Peak brand can be classified as a mid-budget solution. It is suitable for hiking and cycling in one of the three warm seasons of the year. Connoisseurs of light luggage should be pleased with the fairly low total weight of the product - 2.65 kg - that is, in terms of one user it turns out to be less than 900 grams. The High Peak Kiruna 3 tent has a frame made of two fiberglass poles with a diameter of 7.9 mm.

They are placed crosswise and thereby create a hemispherical shape. Inside there is a sleeping area 1.1 meters high with floor dimensions of 210x180 cm (the standard width is 60 cm for one). There is one exit from the rest room, which is duplicated with a mosquito net and complemented by a vestibule 70 cm long. This is where you should store backpacks, outerwear and shoes. Features of the equipment include a durable polyethylene floor, which is well protected from getting wet, a ventilation system, internal pockets and a hook for hanging a lantern. It is worth considering that the water resistance of a polyester external awning is at a basic level and amounts to 1500 mm of water column, which means that it is worth using a temporary shelter without additional protection from water in dry weather or only during short-term light precipitation.
