faded star
Hewlett-Packard is famous for its low-cost laptop models, and the HP 250 G6 2SX58EA is no exception. Despite its frankly modest price, it is equipped with a 15.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1366x768 pixels and anti-glare coating. However, a not very high-quality VA matrix with poor colour reproduction and viewing angles, low brightness — the screen is noticeably faded
Modest but tasteful
The HP 250 G6 can be powered by a processor up to Intel Core i7 in the U version, but our modification works on the Celeron N3350. It has only two cores and a base frequency of 1.1 GHz — however, replacing the standard HDD with an M.2 SSD, you can get a nimble tool to work with. The downside is that installing an SSD interferes with installing an HDD, so the choice is between speed and capacity. In addition, there are two RAM slots.
A little bit of everything
There is no need to wait for excesses in communications — nevertheless, we have two USB 3.1, gigabit LAN and even dual-band Wi-Fi. The battery is removable, the battery life is good, the keyboard is quite comfortable for typing. There is a Kensington lock and a simple webcam.
