Support for native fast charging protocol

The Huawei CP404B mains charger, as befits a gadget from a company that produces its own line of mobile phones, is “sharpened” for its own Super Charge Protocol (SCP) with a peak power of 22.5 W, which allows you to use the “filling” capacity at high speed. Since support for other fast charging standards is not directly indicated, owners of any smartphones other than Huawei should use this adapter at their own risk. Although, the practice of using network adapters of well-known brands to charge non-native smartphones shows that such fears are not justified.

Inexpensive kit with branded cable

This model comes with a branded metre cable (Type A - Type C), which is guaranteed to reveal the full potential of Huawei SCP and in itself justifies the unusually low price for such a kit. The charging adapter is designed for use with a 2-pin European socket and has a single USB output port. If at a voltage of 5 V the charging current is 2 A, then at a maximum of 10 V, the output current increases to 2.25 A. The adapter plugged into the outlet consumes a mere trifle in idle time, so it makes no sense to remove it from there after charging. In general, the kit is quite interesting and it is definitely worth the money.
