think ten times before buying.

I bought it based on numerous reviews. It was delivered quickly. According to the instructions, I first installed the latest software version and then the camera database. I hit the road feeling happy and confident, but then bam, it identifies the camera only via GPS. It doesn't show the radar detector level, and the signature doesn't work at all. I decided to write to tech support (I can't call because I'm currently abroad), and they refused to help me. Anastasia sent me some settings. I did as she said, but the result was the same. They're online reading my SMS and not responding, not even replying. So, be aware that if you buy this device and it turns out to be defective like mine, no one will help you. Now I'm sitting here wondering how to fix the device and whom to take it to?! Don't rely on tech support. I've regretted purchasing this radar detector about 100 times.

Before buying, think carefully. The radar detector isn't cheap, and if it breaks down in 2-3 months for any reason, it won't be fixed under warranty. You'll just get stressed and lose your peace of mind.
