The classic tower-type CPU cooler, which belongs to the entry level, has an average passport TDP and is equipped with classic RGB backlighting. ID-COOLING SE-213V2 is made according to the traditional patterns of tower coolers, when a massive aluminium heatsink covers the processor, 3 metal tubes of direct contact pass through the heatsink, and the whole structure is covered by a 120 mm fan on a durable hydrodynamic bearing.

The fan operates in the range from 500 to 1600 rpm and generates an air flow of up to 56 cubic feet per hour. In the semi-passive mode of operation, the turntable barely rustles its blades; at maximum load, the manufacturer promises a noise level of no more than 21 dB. The design is capable of dissipating up to 130 W of heat from the processor, which is enough for most modern 6-core processors from Intel and AMD in moderate automatic overclocking mode. The thin profile of the system negates possible conflicts when mounting large-sized RAM sticks. A modern set of socket mounts guarantees operability with most Intel and AMD processors that have been released from 2005 to the present.
