Interskol AM-130/1700

The Interskol model is very popular for several reasons. First of all, this unit, manufactured in China by a Russian company based on an Italian design, stands out for its lower price compared to other compact pressure washers with similar power (1700 W) and maximum pressure (130 bar) ratings. At the same time, it can already be confidently said that the Interskol AM-130/1700 is not a multipurpose garden washer like the two previous models, but specifically a high-pressure car cleaner.

The Interskol AM-130/1700 does not have a self-priming function, but can operate with gravity-fed water supply or when a hose with a non-return valve is connected (although the outlet pressure will not be the maximum possible for this model). The unit is equipped with a “total stop” automatic motor shut-off system, while the motor itself has overload thermal protection. The compact pressure washer comes with a 5-meter high-pressure hose, a wash gun, a removable water filter, and a set of nozzles: rotary, adjustable, and foam.

However, the foam nozzle supplied with the Interskol AM-130/1700 is not actually a foam generator: it produces only soapy water rather than foam. For high-quality operation, it is better to purchase a compatible foam nozzle, such as the Italian PA-LS3 model. In addition, many tool owners criticize the pump's performance. Despite the fact that, as in the previous models, the pistons here are made of aluminum alloy, the sealing ring between the pump halves may fail, but this issue can be resolved at a service center.

This model also differs from the two previous ones through improved ergonomics. The upper part of the unit features a reel for winding the high-pressure hose. This reduces unnecessary movement of the washer during car washing to unwind or straighten the hose. If the device still needs to be quickly moved, this can be done easily thanks to the sturdy wheels.
