Power at an affordable price
The Interskol DP-235/2000M saw cannot be called a modern model or a masterpiece of engineering. But it is powerful (2000 W). Therefore, the circular saw confidently handles with sawing timber up to 80 mm thick and dissolving thick boards, regardless of their moisture content and wood species. At the same time, it does not overheat and can work for a long time in almost non-stop mode.
It is quite convenient to change the depth of cut and the depth of inclination of the saw. But users massively complain about the incorrect graduation of both scales. Therefore, all adjustments have to be made using a corner, a protractor and a ruler. Exact positions are difficult to set due to backlash. Therefore, the Interskol DP-235/2000M saw is not the best solution for the filigree processing of lumber. But for rough carpentry work (for example, for rough cutting), it fits well.
Not for the weak
Despite the widespread use of aluminium alloy in the design of the tool (a cast sole, gearbox housing, protective cover and brackets are made of it), the total weight of the saw reaches 8.4 kg — you won’t work on weight for a long time. Fortunately, it has large handles that allow you to hold the saw in a dead grip while the 235mm saw blade bites into the board or timber. Not just a circular, but a mini-sawmill
Stationary installation is not claimed by the manufacturer, therefore special clamps for Interskol saws are not available for sale.
