The Jane Rider stroller from the Spanish manufacturer can be additionally equipped with the branded Transporter carrycot and the 0+ Strata car seat. The result is a 3-in-1 model called the Jane Rider Strata Transporter. Also, on the basis of Rider, the Jane Rider Micro stroller can be assembled with another cradle that folds like an accordion.
High, light and comfortable
Jane Rider Strata Transporter has a strong, stable, compact and lightweight chassis (fits in any elevator and in the boot of a small car). It develops both by itself and together with the "walk". The location of the cradle and stroller block is suitable for tall parents who do not have to bend down much to the child.
Small swivel front wheels provide excellent manoeuvrability: the stroller makes a full turn around the axis on the spot. However such a compact front axle negatively affects the cross-country ability — even bumps on the pavement, not to mention curbs, sand or snowdrifts, will require additional efforts from parents. The rear axle is complemented by a spring damping system with two modes of operation and a manual parking brake. All wheels are solid.
Compact and functional car seat
The cradle of the stroller is too small: 70 cm long and 30 wide. In winter clothes, large babies will be cramped. It can be used in the car interior: it has special mounts for this and a reinforced structure. The strengths of the bed include membrane fabric upholstery with a ventilation system, convenient headrest adjustment (the regulator is located outside the sleeping block), 3-point seat belts.
Adjustable "walk" and car seat
The Jane Rider Strata Transporter seating unit is lightweight, which will please fragile mothers. There are several levels of adjustment of the back and footrest. The disadvantages of "walking" include the lack of a cape for the legs and a small hood. To eliminate these disadvantages, you will have to buy additional accessories — an insulated envelope and a branded umbrella.
The stroller car seat has an anatomic insert with two fixation positions, which allows it to be used both with newborns (125 degrees angle is set) and with children from 4 months and older (110 degrees).
The Rider Strata Transporter model offers parents different options for traveling by car with a baby: with an infant carrier or a car seat. The stroller is compact, stylish, modern and comfortable, but you have to pay a lot for these qualities.
