Model overview based on user reviews
The Junkers WR P boiler has a basic design, described as a white parallelepiped, and performs well under low water pressure, which is beneficial for those with poor water supply. It includes a protection system for safety. However, users have reported significant issues with the product, particularly regarding its high repair costs and poor service, with no alternative service centers available due to monopolism. A recurring problem is the pilot light going out, attributed to clogging in the injector and tube, requiring frequent cleaning every 3-4 months. The piezo ignition is also unreliable, often requiring manual lighting. Despite being marketed as suitable for local conditions, users have found this claim to be false. Overall, the price-quality ratio is considered low, with some users recommending alternatives like Electrolux for better value and convenience.

Cons

Do not buy! And not just this speaker, but any other product of this brand!

Installed since 2008. The price-quality ratio is at an absurdly low level! The old Lviv heater operated for 40 years. Yes, without automation, without sensors, without a protection system, but it simply heated water. And what other tasks does a heater have?
I will exchange it for an Electrolux automatic, which costs half as much, with no worse quality and more convenient control.
To say "design" - well, any column is a white parallelepiped, so it's ordinary. As long as it works, it works fine. It ignites with low pressure, which is significant for those with poor water pressure. The protection system is also a plus for safety.
Dear, no, just an outrageously expensive repair! The service is terrible. Moreover, there are no options to change the service center, due to monopolism. A minor problem can turn into a cost comparable to the price of a new speaker. Constant problem with the wick going out - the injector, the tube to the wick clog with microscopic fractions, causing the wick to simply go out. Everything is very delicate and fragile. The unit is supposedly suitable for our operating conditions, adapted to our gas and water, as confirmed by the certificate. Well, that's all a lie! The pilot light went out, called the technician, the "repair" took 2 minutes. The technician demanded 120 hryvnias, but was sent away because the speaker was under warranty. The technician's argument - not a warranty case. Bad gas. So what about "adaptation and certification"? I clean the wick every 3-4 months. The piezo ignition is terrible. It works once out of a hundred. I remove the cover to light it with a paper from the stove.
