In general, Kärcher washers are not a cheap pleasure and there are Chinese alternatives available. However, after one such alternative burned out after two months, I found myself back at the store buying a Kärcher. Yes, it's expensive, but if you follow the operating instructions, such a washer can last a long time in a household. To be honest, the less expensive Kärchers are also made in China, but even from the appearance of the body and parts, you can tell it's a completely different level of production. So, I got one for our two cars and yard. I used it all summer, for car washing, cleaning the dust from the gate and fence, rinsing the tiles on the paths, and refreshing the facade. This machine is truly multifunctional and durable. A small washer that can deliver really high pressure, up to 80 atmospheres. The peak pressure can even reach 120. With such high pressure, it pumps no more than six liters of water per minute, so the water consumption remains quite reasonable. It comes with a lance tube, which can broadly adjust the width of the spray and includes a dirt blaster nozzle. The tube regulates pressure and is multifunctional. You can use it to wash wheel arches with two-week-old caked-on dirt, as well as delicate home rugs. However, jokes aside with the dirt blaster, its spray is very strong, and it should only be used on metal without paint coatings or on stone. The included hose is six meters long, which is sufficient. The two-year warranty is pleasing, as it's a rarity these days. Very expensive branded accessories and consumables. It seems like the company is making money not from selling washers, but from shampoos, foamers, additional hoses, brushes, and the like. |
