I made jam and it turned out just super. Excellent recipes both for bread and pie dough. Everything worked out on the first try and I didn't make any changes to the recipes. I am very satisfied with this bread maker, an indispensable thing in the kitchen. I have a 7-month-old child who eats the crust of homemade bread and I know what it's made of.
