I RECOMMEND YOU TO BUY :) If suddenly the bread doesn’t turn out, then the reason is not in the oven: change the brand of flour or yeast (or both), try using liquid at room temperature (very hot and very cold inhibit the yeast). I've been using it for over a year to bake white, rye, sweet bread with additives (apples+cinnamon, sausage+cheese+tomato juice instead of water, prunes+apricots, etc.), and I only knead pizza dough in my little oven:) I recently bought a round bucket: now I can bake round loaves, "bricks," and will bake Easter bread too. The markings do not wear off, no matter how much I scrub (as with my Kenwood mixer as well). HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! The only downside (doesn't quite reach the status of a "flaw") is that if you set the timer for bread to be ready by morning, you can't turn off the sound signal, and if you don't close the kitchen door, you can hear the beeping. But this is an issue with all ovens (the sound can't be turned off), so just close the kitchen door and it won't cause you any discomfort!!! |
