I've wanted an ice cream maker for a long time, and as soon as summer came, I decided to get one. My son and I figured out how much we spend on ice cream, and even adding the cost of the ingredients we'll need to buy, we still calculated it's more economical this way. Even if it lasts for about three to four years. But we are hoping for more. It's a small device, easy to figure out how it works, actually, everything is clear even without instructions. We didn't consider the very small ones, this is medium since there are ones that can hold 2 kg. We have enough servings for several days, about six or seven servings, but quite generous in size. The ice cream we make, we immediately put in a container and in the freezer, that's where it's stored, and meanwhile, I can make another kind, so it turns out, that always, well at least in the summer, there are usually several kinds of homemade ice cream in the freezer. Since the whole family loves ice cream, and my son can ask for a third and fourth portion, it doesn't stop with us, I use it every day. And several recipes have stuck, it turned out very tasty, custard on yolks and fruit sorbets are the hits of the season. So, I'm happy with the purchase, all the drawbacks can generally be attributed to this type of ice cream maker. The initial reaction was not quite positive, as we didn't expect the ice cream to be so watery. But after delving into reviews and asking around, I realized that they all do it this way, and there's really nothing to replace the device with. Afterward, I got the hang of freezing the prepared ice cream, and the problem basically went away; it freezes fine, and crystals don't form. However, one of the drawbacks is that it's very noisy. It's also sometimes unclear how much ice cream to make. For me, it's common to follow the recipe and then add more time because the mixture isn't ready on the paddle yet. Another downside, common to such models, is that the bowl is large, and you have to keep it in the freezer constantly, which means half of the freezer is always, especially in summer, occupied. use Kenwood IM280 month or more i recommend it should buy |
