Diamond sharpening and polishing became the crowning achievement of the process. The knives are really incredibly sharp, and remain so for quite a long time, even with frequent use. But it is not recommended to wash them in the dishwasher. The sharpness of the blades can be lost quite quickly.

Balance when cutting is ensured by comfortable handles made of black composite material. In fact, they are polymeric, but they look like wood, repeating the structure of wood fibers. Thanks to the balanced weight and high ergonomics of the handle, the knives fit perfectly in the hand, as if it were an extension of it.
