A helical screw press made of heavy-duty material crushes and compresses the product, and then pushes the pulp through...the filter, separating the cake from the juice. Despite the low speed, juice extraction is as fast as in centrifugal models. This technology allows you to save much more useful substances contained in products and get juice with a high content of fiber and plant enzymes, which are effective natural antioxidants.
