The KITFORT brand deep fryer is the golden mean between overall, almost industrial devices and compact devices for preparing just one serving. The model does not take up too much space in the kitchen, but at the same time it will help to prepare delicious meals for several people. One “filling” requires a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 2.5 liters of oil, but it can be used up to 10 or even 15 times - until the liquid darkens and the taste deteriorates. Due to the fact that the heating element is raised above the bottom of the bowl, a zone of low temperature is formed below, in which the descended particles of ingredients do not burn.

Easy to manage, convenient to use

Control of the device is as simple and intuitive as possible. There is a thermostat with which the oil heating temperature is smoothly regulated - from 130 to 190 degrees. Also on the case there are marks with the time and mode, which will be optimal for a particular product. In addition, there are two indicator lights: the first indicates connection to the network, the second - about heating and readiness for work. And you can control the roasting through the viewing window located on top. There are also holes in the lid through which steam escapes (but not oil splashes).

In order to make the use of the deep fryer convenient and safe, the manufacturer has added cool handles, a folding basket handle that lowers and thus saves space during storage, and a button for smooth opening of the lid. Unfortunately, the bowl here is non-removable, but thanks to the non-stick coating, its cleaning will not be problematic. But the cover is removed, and the basket and its handle are suitable for washing in the dishwasher.

In general, KITFORT turned out to be a functional and reliable technique that is ready to please the household with its favorite goodies at any time, and all this, most importantly, without any hassle.
