We bought this model a few months ago in Santekhimport. We were looking for an inexpensive but normal option, so the guys from Kolo Comfort advised us. The bathroom is good, the acrylic is strong, we haven’t noticed any scratches yet, and it keeps the water temperature longer than our old one. for such a price we are very pleased. Hello everyone. I want to leave my review about the manufacturer KOLO and share my bitter experience. After the bathtub was installed, on the third day, the enamel on the bathtub began to delaminate. Moreover, we didn't even have time to use the bathtub. We immediately contacted Epicenter, where we bought it. They guided us on who to call and what to do in this situation. We did everything. Sent photos, waited for the technician. And then the most interesting part began. Their promised 7-year warranty is all nonsense. We were refused a replacement or repair, under the pretext that it might be a hidden defect in production or transportation errors of the bathtub itself. So, when purchasing this manufacturer's products, be prepared for such events. Didn’t have time to notice Indignant about the promises of guarantees from the manufacturer, which they try not to fulfill under any pretext. use Kolo Comfort month or more i recommend it don't buy |
If you want to throw money away, then buy this bathroom. When removing the protective film, a piece of acrylic fell off, and it is also enlightened like a sieve, I called the 27ua store, they said to call the service.
